Who We Are
50 years of trusted freight forwarding, built on certainty
The Transvalair Group is a BIFA-approved freight forwarder with a long-standing reputation for reliable, high-performance logistics. From its home in Crawley’s Manor Royal Business District, Transvalair has quietly grown into a trusted global logistics specialist, delivering complex freight solutions with consistency, precision, and confidence.
For five decades, Transvalair has delivered what global supply chains value most: certainty. While the logistics landscape has evolved dramatically, the company’s focus has remained the same — dependable service, operational discipline, and the ability to perform when timing, visibility, and trust matter most. That reputation has led to involvement in major international assignments, including the Paris 2024 Olympics, with further significant projects already in the pipeline.

Roots in a district built for movement
Centrally located in Manor Royal, close to Gatwick Airport, Transvalair operates from one of the UK’s most strategically positioned logistics hubs. This location supports fast and effective air and road operations, while also providing strong connectivity through the Southeast Pallet Network. It is an environment built for movement, and one in which Transvalair has been deeply embedded for many years.
Building a multi-modal powerhouse
Transvalair’s growth has been deliberate and methodical. Rather than focusing on a single transport mode, the business developed complementary divisions across air, sea, and road: Transvalair (Gatwick), Transvalroad (National), and Transvalocean (Felixstowe). This structure enables joined-up freight solutions and gives customers access to a broader, more resilient logistics capability.
Reputation earned under pressure
In freight forwarding, reputation is not built through marketing alone. It is earned through consistency, responsiveness, and the ability to deliver under pressure. Over the years, Transvalair has handled a wide range of specialised cargo, including sports cars, armoured vehicles, and artwork, demonstrating the depth, flexibility, and operational control required for high-value and high-stakes movements.
When the world is watching: Milan 2026
Building on its experience in Paris, Transvalair was selected to support logistics for the Winter Olympics in Milan. The company coordinated the movement of more than 35 sea containers of advanced security screening equipment from Malaysia, establishing a 30,000 sq ft logistics hub in Milan to support distribution across Italy.
From this base, approximately 40 articulated trailer loads were delivered to venues including San Siro Stadium and event villages across the Alps, demonstrating Transvalair’s ability to deliver precision logistics for complex global events.
Five decades of change
Since 1976, the logistics sector has undergone major transformation, from tighter security requirements and digital systems to increasingly globalised and time-sensitive supply chains. Transvalair has adapted at every stage, expanding its presence across key locations including Gatwick, Felixstowe, Dubai, and Johor Bahru, while maintaining the service values that shaped the business from the outset.
Looking to the next decade
As demand continues to grow for high-complexity logistics solutions, Transvalair is well positioned for the future. The business is set to build further momentum in major event logistics, technology-led operations, and resilient multi-regional network growth. In an era where supply chains are a board-level priority, disciplined logistics partners are becoming strategic assets in their own right.
A trusted global logistics specialist, without the noise
Quietly consistent, operationally disciplined, and proven over 50 years, Transvalair has built a legacy defined by resilience, capability, and performance. It is a business shaped by experience, strengthened by trust, and ready for the global challenges ahead.
